I'm a Texas native and have always been passionate about great food. I'm a second generation Chef and I've always been passionate about taking care of people.
As a classically-trained, professional chef, I have been blessed with the tremendous gift of being able to do something I love: take care of people with great food.
My approach to food is bold and adventurous. I combine great ingredients and great cuisines from all cultures with a punch of bold Texas flavor. The result is healthful, gourmet cuisine with a bit of a kick.
With my previous experience cooking in hospitals for patients, I can also offer my clients help in creating healthy diets that not only work well for them, but taste fantastic as well.
